Alistair was working as a Driving Instructor, in 1988. And in 1992 he decided that he could help his pupils more, giving them a much greater chance of that Learner Drivers dream the First Time Pass. They al ready had the knowledge to pass their test, but the one thing that seemed to hinder that acheivement was all down to a little thing called Exam/Test Nerves. Not being able to relax enough to show the examiners that they could be a great safe driver.
So in 1992 Alistair started to be trained as a Hypnotherapist, so he could give his pupils the confidence they needed to obtain the ‘First Time Pass’. Alistair’s Pass rate soared, and of course the knock on effect was he had a lot more people wanting him to teach them to drive. But people were also asking him about other things that he could help them with using hypnosis. And here started a journey into another line of work.
Alistair trained at The British Academy of Hypnosis, where he became a Master of Hypnosis. Since qualifying he has used it for a numberous ammount of things, he loves the thought that his words can change someones outlook on life, their Habits and choices. He also uses Hypnosis for Comedy Performances around the UK, he has also performed in some parts of Europe. Some people think using Hypnosis for entertainment is wrong, but Alistair beleives that it shows a much greater number of the general public just how powerful their minds can be to affect a change in their lifes. It also goes a long way to show douters of Hypnosis, that it is real and not just a party trick. Thats how and why your own mind can and does help you to effect the change in your life you thought way out of your reach. Because you don’t have the willpower or the time to give that change for a better life.
Alistair stopped teaching people to drive nearly 7 years ago, and has since given more time to helping, entertaining, changing peoples lives.
He now spends his days working with the general public, and looking for other ways he can make a difference. So whether you have a fear or a phobia, he can help you. If you have a habit you want help with, smoking, weight loss or any other addiction, he can help. Or if you want to just be better at something, he can help.
Alistair has recently helped children with Autism, Sports People perform better, People taking or doing exams acheive more.
So if you have a problem in your life, why not talk to Alistair first, you never know if you or your body needs help, he could be able to help you. Your Mind Guides your body and soul, let Alistair help you to guide your mind.
Alistair is Fully Insured.
He is also a Full Member of Equity, and an Executive Member of ‘The Hypnosis Circle’

Ruth Fielding , Trained As an NVQ2 beauty therapist in  2015.
Diploma Trained in microdermabrasion with Star beauty school 2015.
Skinbase diploma trained in microdermabrasion in 2015.
I specialise in Skinbase microdermabrasion.
Last year I was chosen to have an article in Closer magazine for my results from microdermabrasion.
I had bad acne in my late teens and early twenties and absolutely nothing helped . I worked as cabin crew in my 20’s and really had enough of hiding my bad skin under layers of make up.
Fortunately I came across an article on microdermabrasion in Vogue magazine , left by a passenger . I found a salon about 15 miles away who carried out the treatment and it honestly changed my life.
I went from hiding my skin under layers of makeup, to wearing none on my days off.
After doing lots of beauty courses over the years including my NVQ3 aromatherapy and not really doing much with them, I got an opportunity when I was made redundant to retrain and jumped at the chance to take my NVQ2 beauty therapy qualification and I wanted to specialise specifically in microdermabrasion.
I felt it was the right time to start microdermabrasion,  As it helped me ,I knew I wanted to help others who were suffering with their skin .
I now have so many clients say microdermabrasion has changed their lives,  It truely is a wonder treatment.
Reflexology can help to open energy pathways in the body to improve the  sense of wellbeing, expel toxins and aid natural healing. Areas in the body suffering an energy imbalance can be traced on the feet and hands.
Ruth considers¬† that¬†Reflexology¬†is a wonderful, non invasive, relaxing therapy which has a proven track record of helping clients to not only feel better but also to look better ‚Äď more relaxed and at ease!
Aromatherapy uses essential oil from plants and trees to help relax, detoxicate and rejuvenate the body.
Specific ailments or stress can be treated with a soothing massage using a blend of these essential oils in a base oil. Ruth can blend the oils according to the client’s requirements and the client can test the oils to make sure they are to their liking.
Aromatherapy is a very pleasant treatment and the natural, energy inspiring oils are inhaled and absorbed into the body resulting in relaxation or a feeling of uplift according to the client’s requirements.
